Kommunalbetrieb Krefeld intends to put its watercourse maintenance out to tender for 2 years (+1 optional year). The subject of the tender is the regularly required maintenance work on watercourses and dikes in the Krefeld urban area. The work includes mowing along a watercourse length of approximately 46 km, removal of aquatic vegetation, reed cutting, as well as work to be carried out at short notice, e.g. removal of flow obstructions and storm damage. To ensure the immediate processing of orders when required, the maximum travel time should not exceed 3 hours. Regularly required maintenance work on watercourses and dikes in the Krefeld urban area.
