Operator services for the accommodation and catering areas, as well as events and the underground car park at PREVIER A new center for modern prevention and rehabilitation: The prevention center is a joint project of the German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the Health and Welfare Services (BGW) and the German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the Administrative Sector (VBG), i.e. the statutory accident insurance institutions. With the new center, the two social accident insurance institutions, which are among the largest in Germany, are offering their member companies and insured persons forward-looking access to the latest standards in occupational safety, accident prevention and health protection in the workplace. Across a floor area of 35,973 m2, BGW and VBG (hereinafter: "sponsors") offer innovative training and events for insured persons at PREVIER, as well as interactive offerings and exhibitions that invite visitors to learn, experience and experiment. Seminar guests from all over Germany stay overnight in PREVIER's hotel area and are catered for there. The public areas are also available to other visitors, for example the dining options and exhibition area. The building name "PREVIER Gesund arbeiten. Mit Sicherheit." combines the English word "prevention" (prevention) with the nautical term "Revier" as a reference to the Port of Hamburg. This maritime naming will later also be reflected in the building's interior. The prominent location directly at the Elbbrücken U-Bahn/S-Bahn station was deliberately chosen to enable direct, easy and barrier-free access for everyone.
