WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH is constructing 3 new residential buildings in Berlin Mitte in the Haus der Statistik quarter on construction sites A, B and C along Berolinastraße. A total of 284 apartments of various housing types as well as complementary commercial, community and quarter-related uses on the ground floors are being built on the construction sites. The new buildings form the focus of residential construction within the new quarter and are complemented by communal outdoor facilities, access and infrastructure measures, as well as shared rainwater management facilities. The general contractor will undertake the turnkey realization of construction sites A, B and C. The scope of services includes all services in cost groups 200 to 600 in accordance with DIN 276, including all delivery, planning, coordination and construction services required for this purpose. In the planning area, the scope of services includes in particular the preparation and updating of the execution planning in accordance with service phase 5 HOAI as well as the subsequent shop and assembly planning as the basis for carrying out the construction work. In addition, the scope of services includes the planning and structural implementation of the jointly used drainage and rainwater management facilities within the quarter.
