With the housing initiative, the Federal Government, the federal states and the municipalities have set themselves the goal of addressing the shortage of affordable housing. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks therefore intends to mobilize land as quickly as possible in order to create affordable housing, particularly for federal employees as part of housing assistance. The subject of this invitation to tender comprises all planning, consulting and construction services required for the turnkey construction of the multi-family residential buildings, the associated underground parking garage and the outdoor facilities. BImA intends to award the aforementioned services to a total contractor (TU within the framework of the GdW 2.0 tender). The terms and conditions of the existing Framework Agreement for Serial and Modular Construction 2.0 – GDW Bundesverband deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen e.V. apply to this invitation to tender and its construction work.
