Opportunity description
Subject of the contract: - Joinery work for built-in furniture Scope of work: - Fixed installations for kitchenettes, 4 units - Furniture (individual pieces of furniture, built-in cabinet), 4 units - Fixed installations for sanitary furniture, 15 units General quality and execution requirements: Fitted kitchens Mineral composite panels, d=20mm, reference product: Dekton Bromo or equivalent, shall be used as worktops. For visible front and side panels of the carcass components, real-wood oak veneer panels, 20mm, with finished, matt surfaces, shall be used. For internal shelves and partitions, furniture construction panels with HPL laminate surfaces on all sides, single-colored, selected after sampling from the manufacturer's standard range, shall be used, V20 or V100, boil-proof bonded. Fronts with applied films are not permitted due to their low mechanical durability. Care must be taken to ensure clean cutting and edging with so-called thick or butt edges (minimum thickness 0.8 mm, preferably 1.5 mm) (continuous thick or butt edge). The same applies to drawers. All metal parts used for fittings, handles, pull-outs, etc. must be made of stainless steel, approved for use in commercial properties, and designed for heavy loads. Wall and base cabinets must be made identical in terms of spatial conditions/divisions. When selecting the cabinet format, consideration must be given to ensuring that, where cabinets are suspended one above another on both sides, the upper cabinets are also at an appropriate height. Adequate ventilation of the cabinet interiors must be ensured. Colors after sampling by the contracting authority. The tenderer must adopt the following specifications and procure physical samples for submission to the contracting authority. Highly durable Dekton Bromo 20mm mineral composite panels shall be used for the fitted-kitchen worktops. When closed, the doors rest against the carcass. They close automatically from approx. 15° (or 10 cm) before the closed position and have "soft close" stop dampers. The stop dampers on the doors must be installed recessed (drilled in). The rear panel must be grooved and set forward (rear ventilation) into the carcass. The drawer boxes and pull-outs consist of steel side frames with an approx. 15 mm thick HPL-coated base panel and millimeter-precise adjustability in height and width. The drawers must be fitted with a ball-bearing, low-noise rail or roller system and secured against unintentional complete removal (full extension, locked in the end position). They shall be equipped with automatic closing and pull-in damping (system load capacity at least 30 kg). Unless otherwise specified, the following shall be used for handles on cabinet doors and drawers: stainless steel handle strips, anodized, rounded at the ends, or other sufficiently large and stable handles, through-bolted and secured with locknuts when surface-mounted. Handles must be easy to clean (surfaces and shape). Selection shall be made after sampling. Snap hinges / concealed cup hinges shall be used as door hinges and installed at intervals of no more than 80 cm. The height of the work surface shall be 90 cm. 10 cm-high plinth / plinth panel, height-adjustable and removable, with sealing lip in accordance with the invitation to tender / sampling. Cut edges must be protected against swelling caused by cleaning water. Plinth elements shall be calculated throughout as components of the base cabinets and offered in the unit price. Variably height-adjustable metal feet are permissible as an alternative design. The door opening angles shall be > 100°. Worktops for ceramic hobs, sink inserts, and sink faucets shall be laser-cut according to a template. The sinks shall be integrated seamlessly into the worktop with a beaded rim. Transitions and connections shall be produced with cover panels and adhesive bonding. Wall and base-unit connections shall be bonded and produced with an upstand and folded edge or with a corresponding profile. The tenderer must include with the tender a brochure containing detailed material specifications and illustrations, as well as test certificates demonstrating compliance with the prescribed quality. Sampling must be completed and documented before manufacturing begins. When installing electrical undercounter appliances, care must be taken to ensure that the enclosure provides adequate dissipation of the heat generated by the units (especially refrigerators). Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
