Window and glazing work, exterior doors, external textile sun protection for the new zoo restaurant at Frankfurt Zoo Frankfurt Zoo would like to supplement its food-service offering with a new restaurant in a central location. The site selected for this purpose is located centrally in the zoo, directly adjacent to the perimeter zoo wall. This allows access from the zoo side for zoo visitors as well as from the street side for external visitors outside zoo opening hours. In total, an area of approx. 1500m² is available for the new building, including the outdoor terraces in the zoo area, cadastral district 0477, field 385, parcel 1/4. The zoo restaurant consists of two above-ground floors and one basement floor. The gross volume is approx. 3,600m³. The window and exterior door work put out to tender here comprises the following scopes of work: - Window and glazing work (fixed-glazed elements, sliding windows, casement windows) - Area approx. 150 m² - Window and glazing work in smaller formats (up to approx. 1.5 m²) - Area approx. 10 m² - Exterior doors (4 elements) - Sizes from approx. 3.5 m² - 4.5 m² - External textile sun protection - Area approx. 14 m² Execution period: 11.01.2027 - 05.03.2027 Submission of workshop and installation planning: 01.10.2026 Procedure: open.
