Opportunity description

As part of these works, the plastic window systems, including glazing, solar shading systems and supplementary facade cladding, are to be manufactured. The scope of work includes a total of 15 large-format window and French-door units with triple thermal-insulation glazing, some designed as floor-to-ceiling units, with fall-protection glazing, solar-control glass and enhanced burglary-protection requirements of resistance class RC 2. Installation includes all window sills, aluminum reveal and lintel cladding, seals, connections and magnetic contacts for closure monitoring. For the external solar shading, a total of 12 electrically operated external venetian blind systems with guide rails, aluminum covers, integrated thermal insulation and the associated control and wind-monitoring technology are to be supplied and installed ready for operation. A rear-ventilated rainscreen facade cladding made of HPL compact panels covering an area of approximately 30 m² will additionally be installed between selected window systems. The works include the thermal-bridge-reducing substructure, thermal insulation, facade panels including reveal cladding, as well as all connection, ventilation and fastening work. Procedure: open.
