Glazing work (wood-aluminum windows) (VE 08) VE08 window (wood-aluminum) and sun protection work Brief description of the tendered service: The scope of the tender includes the following main services: - Wood-aluminum mullion-transom façade including fixed glazing (as triple glazing with solar-control glazing) and insert elements installed in the mullion-transom façade, such as doors and tilt-and-turn windows (each also in wood-aluminum construction with glazing). - Wood-aluminum windows or French doors including triple glazing (turn and tilt-and-turn, single- and double-leaf, predominantly floor-to-ceiling windows) with installation in the insulation layer of the building structure in front of openings in the reinforced-concrete shell - For floor-to-ceiling French doors, in some cases additionally with fall-protection glazing (with transparent clear glass) - The windows in the south façade additionally receive externally mounted, cable-guided vertical awnings including controls - Windows and French doors, in some cases with additional finger-pinch protection components to secure the secondary closing edges - Wood-aluminum ribbon façade with outward-opening top-hung windows.
