As part of the metal construction and glazing work, all aluminum exterior doors, fire protection and smoke protection elements, as well as the associated glazing, are to be manufactured and installed. The scope of services includes a total of 9 aluminum exterior door elements, some with side panels and transom windows, equipped with thermally insulated and barrier-free zero thresholds, panic hardware, multi-point locking systems, and high-quality stainless-steel hardware. In addition, 5 interior fire protection and smoke protection elements in fire resistance classes T30 and T30-RS, with corresponding fire-resistant glazing, are to be installed. The services also include a mailbox system integrated into the facade surface, aluminum reveal and lintel cladding, magnetic contacts for lock monitoring, and all connection, sealing, and installation work. The work also includes the required shop and execution planning, structural calculations, the initial cleaning of all elements after completion, and the inspection and maintenance of the fire doors during the warranty period.
