Opportunity description

The planned building consists of halls for the sewage sludge upcycling plant and an administrative building. The hall is an L-shaped structure with a total length of 60.00 m and a width of 40.10 m. The hall is single-storey. The northern part of the hall, which houses the delivery area, has a partial basement. The ridge height of the mono-pitched roof is approx. 11.12 m. The long side of the hall has a mono-pitched roof height of approx. 16.20 m. A pellet heating system is located in the south-western part of the hall. The hall will be constructed using a reinforced-concrete frame structure with a roof-supporting structure made of timber trusses with sandwich panels. The total gross floor area of the hall is 1,642 m². The administrative building is located to the southwest of the hall and will be constructed separately by means of a fire wall. The administrative building consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. It has a length of 15.19 m and a width of 9.89 m. The entire building will be constructed as a solid reinforced-concrete structure. The roof will be constructed as a flat roof with a parapet and bituminous waterproofing. The topmost storey, in which recreation rooms are possible, is situated on average 3.21 m above ground level. The administrative building consists of one usage unit. The gross floor area of the administrative building is 151 m², height 7.00 m. The bill of quantities and the schedule are additionally incorporated by reference.
