The Municipality of Hohenlinden intends to construct a 6-group children's center with 3 nursery groups on the ground floor and two kindergarten groups and one optional group (kindergarten or nursery) on the upper floor, using prefabricated timber construction on a reinforced-concrete floor slab. Building specifications: 2 stories, no basement Building footprint approx. 1100 m2 Floor area approx. 1830 m2 Building height up to approx. 8.6 m Main services: For the new construction of the children's center, the outfitting and furnishing of a modern commercial kitchen for cold and hot food preparation is planned. The kitchen must be planned and equipped to be functional, hygienic, and suited to requirements. It comprises the required work, storage, refrigeration, and dishwashing areas as well as the necessary cooking and preparation equipment for efficient, safe, and hygienic food provision.
