The listed building of the University of Rostock at Parkstraße 6 will undergo complete renovation starting in July 2026. The drywall works essentially comprise: Walls / shafts / wall linings • 1,250 sqm office partition walls with sliding ceiling connection to existing ceilings • 168 m partition wall connection to existing walls • 205 m extended cladding in the plinth area • 38 door openings • 100 sqm shaft walls / 125 sqm wall linings / 60 sqm installation walls Floors • 4,400 sqm dry screed on 10 to 50 mm levelling fill • 470 m floor cable route in wet screed strips on both sides, w = 25 cm, h approx. 45 to 80 mm Ceilings • 150 sqm lecture hall ceiling with square perforations and insulation layer, suspended from the existing reinforced concrete ceiling through the historic Rabitz ceiling; the ceiling consists of eight individual strips installed at an angle of 30° to the horizontal, creating the impression that the ceiling is folded • 560 sqm suspended ceilings with square perforations and insulation layer • 110 m various casings Enclosure of ventilation units in the attic • 2 room-in-room systems Insulation of the top floor ceiling • 865 sqm pressure-resistant mineral fibre insulation with chipboard covering Acoustic ceiling panels / acoustic wall absorbers • 373 ceiling panels made of glass wool in six different sizes • 85 wall absorber elements made of glass wool in ten different sizes; • 20 acoustic ceiling panels as a panel system, plastered on site WC partition walls • 10 WC partition wall systems with a total of 27 doors; urinal partition walls; door stops Procedure: open.
