Description of the works: For the qualitative revitalization of the building fabric, extensive planning of the renovation works for the entire building was carried out. Areas of the basement slab that are still in their original condition but are deteriorated or cannot be structurally verified will be renewed. The roofs will be renovated. The exterior façades will be examined and renovated in accordance with monument preservation requirements. The historic appearance of the Schumacher building and the original characteristic cellular arrangement of the offices will be largely retained. No major replanning of the spaces is envisaged; only in some areas will more spacious team and networking rooms be provided and cellular offices combined in order to correspond to a more modern office concept. The intended high quality of execution is to highlight the cultural and historical significance of this listed building. Furthermore, a complete renovation of the technical building services installations, the construction of a PV system, and fire protection upgrades are planned. Main works: This invitation to tender includes all interior fit-out works that can be carried out using drywall construction. This includes the construction of partition walls with different requirements (including sanitary areas, F90), the construction of wall linings with different requirements (including technical building services installations, F90), the construction of ceiling bulkheads for various technical building services installations, the construction of suspended ceilings using different construction methods (including gypsum plasterboard, grid ceiling, acoustic ceiling), and the installation of acoustic wall panels.
