Framework agreement for traffic safety services in connection with construction measures on the Magdeburger Ring. In the course of the short-notice closures of the bridge structures on the MD-Ring due to imminent danger, traffic safety measures, including the necessary traffic management measures, were initiated and are currently still in operation. Since the traffic routing on the MD-Ring creates dependencies between the individual construction sites for the temporary bridges and in the course of the replacement construction projects and other construction measures on the MD-Ring, the necessary traffic safety services are to be considered and commissioned for the entire MD-Ring. Due to the longer service periods, the traffic safety services are to be awarded as a framework contract. Furthermore, the framework agreement is intended to ensure that any necessary adjustments to traffic safety arrangements can be responded to at short notice. It is intended that the entire section of the MD-Ring between the B1/Albert-Vater-Straße junction (ASS) in the north and the Brenneckestraße junction (ASS) in the south be covered by this framework contract. This applies to all existing traffic safety measures, as well as those that may become necessary for further construction measures on the MD-Ring in the future. Awarding the contract as a framework contract is also intended to ensure that a traffic safety contractor develops and manages the “overall concept” for traffic routing on the MD-Ring and the required diversion traffic in the course of technologically necessary closures and traffic management measures. When invoicing the services, allocation to the respective projects is then required. The services will be allocated in coordination with the contracting authority. All services will be called off as required. The contractor shall have no entitlement to remuneration for services not called off or for changes in the estimated quantities. The services actually to be awarded are set out in the bill of quantities. Estimated quantities were assessed on the basis of the contract term and may differ from the actual quantities.
