Opportunity description

Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK), Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353, is tendering the following construction work for the new building of the Deutsches Herzzentrum der Charité, including ZNA and ZSVA, CVK (DHZC): Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin intends to construct a pioneering new building for the Deutsches Herzzentrum der Charité (DHZC) in the southwestern area of Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK). The planned new building will also house the Central Sterile Supply Department (ZSVA) and the Central Emergency Department (ZNA), and a helicopter landing pad will be constructed on the roof of the building. The total usable floor area for the new DHZC building is approximately 29,800 m², with a gross floor area of approximately 75,600 m² and a gross building volume of approximately 355,000 m³. It is planned to construct the new building as a high-rise with 16 above-ground floors and 2 basement floors, and sustainability certification for the building under the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) system at the "Gold" level is being sought. Under this procedure, the following services in particular are being tendered: various suspended ceilings including access panels: 35,000,000 m².
