Opportunity description

Instrumentation and control technology at the Bad Elster district heating plant: complete delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover of all measurement, control, regulation, and process control systems and the required building installation, in particular: building sub-distribution boards, gas warning system, instrumentation and control systems, process control technology, electrical instrumentation and control, cabling, automation technology (PLC), site connection, and additional general services such as engineering, construction management, documentation, commissioning, etc. For the above-mentioned project, eins is seeking a contractor for the complete delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover of all measurement, control, regulation, and process control systems as well as the required building installation. The services include in particular: 1. Building sub-distribution boards •Delivery and installation of several new building sub-distribution boards •Standards-compliant electrical integration into the existing system 2. Gas warning system •Construction including sensors, processing, and alarm technology •Integration into the control and process control technology 3. Instrumentation and control systems •Implementation of the measurement, control, and regulation processes of the overall system •Integration of auxiliary systems (e.g. medium-voltage switchgear, boilers, heat storage tanks, CHP plant, gas warning system) 4. Process control technology •Delivery and complete parameterization of the process control system •Setup of visualization, archiving, and signaling technology 5. Electrical instrumentation and control cabling •Delivery and installation of all required lines, cable routes, and connections •Performance of standards-compliant tests and measurements 6. Automation technology (PLC) •Delivery and programming, parameterization, and functional testing of the system PLC •Complete data processing, provision of notifications, archiving logic 7. Site connection •Connection of the system to eins's company headquarters in Chemnitz •Setup of the communication interfaces •Parameterization of the transmission paths •Security-compliant data transmission 8.
