The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstraße 14a is to be converted and extended into the District Music School. The existing building (old building from 1912 with an extension from 2001) will be retained and spatially restructured to meet the new requirements. A newly constructed concert hall will be connected to the rear of the existing building. (Total usable area approx. 1870 m2). Furthermore, the outdoor facilities will be extensively redesigned at the same time and thus designed to suit the new use.
