Description of the work: Extensive planning of the renovation work for the entire building was carried out for the qualitative revitalization of the building fabric. Areas of the basement slab that are still in their original condition but are deteriorated or cannot be structurally verified will be renewed. The roofs will be renovated. The exterior façades will be examined and renovated in accordance with monument preservation requirements. The historic appearance of the Schumacher building and the original characteristic cellular arrangement of the office spaces will essentially be retained. No major redesign of the areas is planned; only in some areas will more spacious team and networking rooms be provided and cellular offices combined in order to conform to a more modern office concept. The intended high quality of execution is intended to highlight the cultural and historical significance of this listed building. Furthermore, a complete renovation of the technical building services installations, the construction of a PV system, and fire protection upgrades are planned. Main works: This invitation to tender covers the waterproofing works for both the exterior and interior walls of the first basement level, using injections as a horizontal barrier or as full-surface injection.
