Building and contents insurance for TriWiCon (municipal enterprise of the State Capital Wiesbaden) Building and contents insurance is to be offered. The contract begins on 01.01.2027. The following insured locations are to be covered: - RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) The building insurance sum for the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC) is approximately EUR 256.5 million at replacement value (as of 2025). The 2025 replacement-value sum insured for the contents is approximately EUR 7 million. Business interruption insurance (BU insurance) is also being tendered. The annual sum insured is EUR 5.65 million. The indemnity period for FBU insurance is 36 months and for BU insurance for the other specified perils is 12 months. - Kurhaus Wiesbaden, colonnades, spa park The building insurance sum is approximately EUR 366 million at replacement value (as of 2025). The 2025 replacement-value sum insured for the contents is approximately EUR 8 million. In addition to the properties already specified, the concert shell, ticket booths, spa park toilets and depot building are also insured. Business interruption insurance (BU insurance) is also being tendered. The annual sum insured is EUR 6.6 million. The indemnity period for FBU insurance is 36 months and for BU insurance for the other specified perils is 12 months. The insured perils can be found in the table below. - Requirements concerning insured perils, deductibles and maximum indemnities/annual maximum indemnities The structure of deductibles, maximum indemnities and annual maximum indemnities has not yet been definitively determined. The negotiated procedure is intended to identify the best possible structural option in this area. Accordingly, bidders will likely be asked to provide two variants for the indicative offer.
