As the parent company, BeteiligungsHolding Hanau GmbH assumes the role of shareholder as well as that of a financial holding company and is responsible for both the IT infrastructure and procurement for the City of Hanau enterprise (BHG Group, city administration, municipal owner-operated enterprises). In 2024, BHG reported consolidated total assets of approximately EUR 750 million, consolidated revenue amounted to approximately EUR 470 million, and an average of more than 2,800 employees were employed. The BHG Group is committed to the common good of the City of Hanau and contributes to the fulfillment of the City of Hanau's municipal duties. BeteiligungsHolding Hanau GmbH plans to transform the modules and systems within the scope of this project to S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition (Lot 1).
