Media technology is a key issue not only at Helmholtz Munich. Functioning conference technology in its various forms is essential for the work of all employees. As a complement, an external media technology consultant is being sought to professionally prepare and support important meetings from a technical perspective. Equipped rooms must also receive media technology support, and new rooms must be equipped with media technology. Since the coronavirus pandemic, all events must be able to take place as hybrid events when required. Consequently, rooms on the Neuherberg campus grounds and at the various external locations must be converted to hybrid technology. In addition, there is a great deal of construction activity. This also often requires intensive support from a media technician. In order to complete the work now pending and subsequently ensure smooth cooperation with the permanently employed media technician, a contract is to be concluded with an external media technician. The estimated total quantity of consulting days required amounts to a total of approximately 200 person-days (PT) for the contract term of 1 year. For each additional year, we also estimate approximately 200 PT.
