Universitätsklinikum Münster (UKM or contracting authority) plans, as part of the present procedure, to award to a tenderer the delivery, consulting, conceptual design, implementation, integration, training, rollout and operation of an IT solution for time management (ZWS) and workforce scheduling (PEP) for UKM and its subsidiaries. The reason for this is the discontinuation or lack of further development by the manufacturer of the PEP module within the SAP HCM software used to date.
