Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the technical support and further development/creation of software products using PHP. For this purpose, a framework agreement is being put out to tender in this procurement procedure, under which the contracting authority will then issue call-offs in the form of individual contracts after the contract has been awarded. As part of the technical support and further development of the software products, the contractor shall, in particular, provide the services listed below throughout the entire service period following corresponding individual commissioning by the contracting authority: - Programming changes and extensions to the individually developed software products in accordance with the requirements arising from day-to-day operations; - Revision of the systems in accordance with changing design specifications; - Ongoing creation/continuation of technical documentation for the respective software products for handover to subsequent service providers and for inspection by the contracting authority if this becomes necessary. The documentation must be handed over no later than 2 weeks before the end of the contract term. Items to be properly documented include, for example, the integration of libraries, frameworks used, how they function, cron jobs and how they function, template structure and how it functions, cooperation partners that are not yet known today but may be added in the future, or other software products. Changes to standard configurations must be and handed over to the contracting authority; - Subsequent or reprogramming of the existing tools as necessary, which may arise from the ongoing development of the possibilities available on the market or from editorial considerations. For example, the swipe function of a previously static image slider; - Independent testing and assurance of the functionality of the software products by checking the technical functions of links, integrations (videos), and connections with other software; - Carrying out software updates/upgrades of the frameworks used, etc. (including the necessary releases) and all possible future use of other software that is not yet known today; - Creation (technical implementation) of software products; - Technical implementation of content-related further developments or software updates. - Proactive consulting regarding currently possible, up-to-date technical innovations, integrations, and applications.
