The subject of the contract is the further development and comprehensive implementation of the website for Stiftung UPD, as well as services for the conceptualization and design of Stiftung UPD’s corporate communications. As a central source of information and point of contact for digitally savvy people, the website must provide access to the advisory services offered by Stiftung UPD. The contractor will cover both the further development of the digital platform and the provision of support and maintenance on the basis of an initial term of 2 years, with the option of 2 extensions of 1 year each. In addition to the further development of the website, the present contract also includes services for the conceptualization and design of Stiftung UPD’s corporate communications. The digital presence forms the central anchor point of an integrated communications concept spanning all channels—digital and analog. To ensure a consistent and professional external image, graphic design, conceptualization and creative services are required for all of the foundation’s communication channels. These include printed materials, presentations, social media content, event formats and other means of communication, all of which must consistently implement the foundation’s corporate design and take into account the specific needs of the various target groups. In this context, services involving a proactive, consultative partnership on equal terms, as well as other services, particularly training, are also the subject of the contract.
