Opportunity description

The ITZBund requires external support services in the area of software maintenance and further development of the custom software component of the SZ-DB, user training, and, as needed, software updates for the field service bundles. The framework agreement will be concluded for a term of 4 years/48 months. The estimated call-off volume for the above-mentioned support services, based on the maximum possible contractual term of the framework agreement of four years, amounts to a total of approximately 820 person-days. In addition, there is a need for seven training courses. Further procurement documents containing confidential or security-relevant information will be made available to interested companies only upon submission of a fully completed and signed confidentiality agreement (Annex 600 - Confidentiality Declaration Service Description WisIT Operating Platform). The further documents will be transmitted only after the signed confidentiality agreement has been received by the procurement office. It is requested that the completed annex be submitted in good time to enable the tender to be submitted by the deadline. Procedure: open.
