Opportunity description
The University of Bonn intends to award a contract for the permanent provision, implementation and customization of the procurement solution "easyBANF", including maintenance, updates and error corrections, on the basis of the EVB-IT Creation and Customization of Software. The University of Bonn operates an SAP procurement system with approximately 2,000 active users. The new solution is to integrate seamlessly into the existing SAP system landscape. SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) will remain the leading system for procurement, logistics and materials management processes. The aim is to functionally supplement the existing architecture without a fundamental change in technology. The background to the procurement is SAP's announced, foreseeable discontinuation of support for SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM). The University of Bonn therefore requires a future-proof successor solution for operational purchasing processes, particularly for recording requirements, approval processes and goods receipt confirmations. Particular focus is placed on a modern and user-friendly interface, especially via SAP Fiori, in order to represent the existing SAP core processes in a contemporary and efficient manner. Procedure: neg-wo-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
