IT consulting and development services for the revision, further development and functional renewal of existing, internally developed IT applications of KBB GmbH. Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin (KBB) GmbH is an association comprising the Berliner Festspiele with Martin-Gropius-Bau, the Haus der Kulturen der Welt and the Berlin International Film Festival. With different areas of focus, each of these business divisions has set itself the objective of organizing internationally outstanding cultural events in Berlin. KBB GmbH is funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media. Further information at www.kbb.eu. As an EMAS-certified company, the contracting authority endeavors to give due attention and consideration to environmental concerns both when preparing the procurement procedure and when performing contracts. Service: The subject matter of the contract is IT consulting and development services for the revision, further development and functional renewal of existing, internally developed IT applications of KBB. The services are to be available for call-off through individual orders as required. On the basis of the respective individual call-offs, the following services in particular are to be available: - Analysis of existing applications, business processes and the technical framework conditions. - Gathering, structuring, and functional and technical evaluation of requirements in coordination with the respective objectives. - Creation, refinement and updating of functional and non-functional requirements and specifications, including quality, security and operational requirements. - Development of use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritizations to prepare for efficient, high-quality implementation.
