The subject of the contract is IT services. These primarily include: Reliable, competent and service-oriented contractors are sought for the cross-location support of the contracting authorities’ IT infrastructure. The subject of the invitation to tender is the cross-location support of the IT infrastructure by an external IT service provider. The invitation to tender is being conducted by three AWO organizations (with locations in Berlin and divided into three lots). In particular, the contract includes ensuring ongoing IT operations, including support, management of central systems, and regular on-site presence. In addition, there are organization-specific additional services. Reliable, German-language and service-oriented support, transparent communication and documentation, designated contact persons, and technology-neutral consulting expertise are expected.
