The essential service components relate primarily to the provision of certain Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) services. Individual service components may additionally include elements of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) services. These are supplemented by supporting and complementary services. The essential service components include: • The provision, operation and maintenance of defined IaaS and PaaS services, • The provision of the associated service and support services, • Complementary training and consulting services, particularly for the introduction and use of the services.
