The City of Stadthagen intends to introduce electronic process handling and records management, the core element of which is the implementation of a complete DMS solution. This is to be introduced in stages. The City of Stadthagen plans to introduce a DMS no earlier than the end of the 1st quarter of 2027. The subject of the procurement is the creation of an overall system and the establishment of operational readiness. This includes, in particular, the permanent provision of standard software as well as integration and service activities associated with implementation, such as support with design, software setup, documentation, training, maintenance, servicing and support. The licenses for the DMS solution will be purchased by the City of Stadthagen (no rental model), installed in its own data center and operated by the City of Stadthagen (no cloud solution).
