Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the further development, maintenance and support of the custom software "Wohnen in München (WIM)", the WIM online portal (= "SozialesWohnenOnline (SoWon)"), as well as newly created components with which the contracting authority will gradually replace the WIM software. The subject of the services is services for the custom software "Wohnen in München" (WIM) described in the procurement documents (service description), for the WIM online portal, "SozialesWohnenOnline" (SoWon), the EAIs associated with SoWon and WIM, as well as for newly developed modules with which the contracting authority will gradually replace the WIM software. The contracting parties shall conclude a framework agreement. The framework agreement will be concluded for a term of four years (48 months) with only one economic operator. The main component consists of maintenance services on a contract-for-work basis. Specific commissioning shall take place by means of individual orders (call-offs) by the contracting authority. The subject of the individual call-offs may be both works and services. The contracting authority currently assumes the following estimated volume of demand (estimated quantity), calculated over four years: - Service/consulting/support services: approx. 8,000 person-hours / per year This results in a total requirement of approx. 32,000 person-hours (estimated quantity) over the four-year contract term. Of these, at least 19,200 person-hours will be purchased. The maximum value of the framework agreement is a maximum of 5,000,000.- euros plus VAT. The statement of requirements in accordance with the procurement documents was made on the basis of the current demand situation and does not constitute a purchase obligation vis-à-vis the contractor. The quantity structure presented is based on realistic estimates of demand by the contracting authority and takes account of planning as it currently stands.
