Opportunity description

The subject of the tendered service is the technical guidance and support of the contracting authority in the area of expanding and maintaining applications for test automation as well as in the creation of quality assurance components (QA). Further information on the specific subject matter of the service can be found in the service description (Annex 1) attached to the procurement documents. In the area of system testing for sovereign and non-sovereign documents, Bundesdruckerei has its own teams responsible for the quality assurance of the regular introductions of extensions and changes to the "German System." The activities in this area include conducting various tests on the individual subsystems and the overall system. These tests are based on an in-house testing strategy and ensure compliance with all new and existing functional and non-functional requirements. These include, among other things, regression, load, and performance tests. Various applications for test automation are used to conduct the tests. For the continuous expansion and maintenance of test automation and the further creation of QA components, Bundesdruckerei is seeking a partner to support Bundesdruckerei's activities in this area and provide targeted internal and external support to the existing teams.
