Development of a frontend – Intelligent Dispatching Agent (IDA) for dispatching/control based on AI. Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") operates Frankfurt/Main Airport and, in addition, alone or jointly with third parties, several other airports, terminals and service companies worldwide. The subject of this procurement is the following services: Development of a frontend – Intelligent Dispatching Agent (IDA) for dispatching/control based on an AI agent. Depending on the project-specific task, the following services will generally be commissioned: Process analysis and requirements gathering, in particular: - Analysis of technical questions and the environment - Technical conception/specification of solution alternatives and, where applicable, evaluation and proposal of an implementation alternative - Presentation and discussion of possible alternatives. Design, functional configuration and architectural conception of a solution that is "intuitive" for the specialist user, taking into account and optimizing the non-functional requirements (scalability, robustness, consistency, throughput and high availability). Technical design and implementation taking into account coding style, architecture, frameworks, etc. Performance of quality assurance measures (test automation (e.g. unit tests), code reviews, clean code principles). Preparation of the architecture, design and code documentation as well as the relevant user and operations management documentation. The focus of the service provision is on the technical design and implementation of an integrated frontend that is intuitive for the user.
