Opportunity description

An interior renovation is to be carried out for the “Services and Trades” Vocational School of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock, consisting of two school buildings with a total of 57 classrooms, laboratories and specialist rooms. The theory building (Building I) is a GBR 85 standard-design school building, and the practical training building (Building II) is a WBS 70 standard-design school building constructed by VEB Wohnungsbaukombinat Rostock. Both buildings were constructed in the 1980s. The gross floor area is approximately 4,950 m² for Building I and 3,770 m² for Building II. The project concerns the modernization and design of the building interiors, as the exterior shell has already been renovated. The main construction measures are: - Complete replacement of all wall and ceiling coverings, floor coverings, interior and fire doors, and the locking system - Installation of acoustic ceilings in classrooms and preparation rooms, administrative rooms and corridors - Complete replacement of the toilet facilities, including screed, tiles and sanitary partitions - Construction of solid shafts across all floors for ventilation ducts - Replacement of all building services systems (heating, ventilation, electrical systems, ELA, SiBe) - New roof penetrations for wastewater and ventilation pipes, installation of ventilation units on the roof Another focus is the complete replacement of the equipment and furnishings. This includes all furniture and technical equipment as well as the specific equipment for the individual specialist departments. Manufacture, delivery and professional installation of kitchen furniture for 2 teaching kitchens, 5 kitchenettes, 2 sideboards, 28 coat racks, 52 magnetic panels for wall niches, as well as one cabinet system and one shelving system. In detail, the work includes, among other things: - 2 kitchen rooms (including appliances and waste collectors) - 5 kitchenettes / pantries (some with appliances) - 2 sideboards - 7 worktables (various sizes and shapes) - 8 painter training booths - 52 magnetic panels for wall niches - 1 cabinet system - 1 library shelf - 28 coat racks Procedure: open.
