MNGES VE 5.8a Joinery work, interior doors Description of the project The present construction project involves the new construction of the Martin Niemöller Comprehensive School in Bielefeld. The planning area extends across a northern and a southern plot, with buildings to be erected on each: BA South Construction plot size: approx. 8,995 m2 maximum footprint: approx. 3,457 m2 (basement level) Gross volume: approx. 37,674 m3 (Category R) Gross floor area: approx. 7,128 m2 (Category R) Max. building height, top edge of parapet: 14.75 m BA North Construction plot size: approx. 11,960 m2 maximum footprint: approx. 7,549 m2 (basement level) Gross volume: approx. 89,887 m3 (Category R) Gross floor area: approx. 16,927 m2 (Category R) Max. building height, top edge of parapet: 21.80 m Type of work VE5.8 Joinery work includes the dimensioning, planning, manufacture, delivery and installation of, among other things: - 194 pcs. wooden interior doors with steel frames, - 1 pc. sliding door (v.d.W.) with drive - 63 pcs. wooden interior doors with wooden frames, some with vision panel or transom light - 160 pcs. solid-wood framed doors, some with side panel and/or transom light in various dimensions, as well as fire-protection and sound-insulation requirements, wet-room requirements and the like, as well as the provision of further associated services such as: - hold-open systems, emergency-exit door monitoring systems, other accessories Performance period Execution will begin 12 days after the contract is awarded. According to the preliminary construction schedule, the following performance periods are envisaged for installation work relating to the main service at the construction site: Start: calendar week 40 2026 / End: calendar week 38 2028 Location of the construction site The two areas are bounded to the west by Apfelstraße and are separated from each other by the street "An der Reegt". The tenderer is advised to inspect the construction area/construction plot on their own responsibility before submitting a tender in order to establish a basis for calculation.
