Supply and installation of laboratory technology / equipment The new InFonaL research building will be equipped with laboratories on three floors. These consist of chemical laboratories, a sensory analysis area with a preparation kitchen incl. built-in appliance and tasting table for nine people, as well as a hygiene area with stainless steel furniture. The laboratories will be equipped, inter alia, with 19 bench-mounted fume cupboards with support-air technology and safety underbench cabinets, six walk-in fume cupboards, one double-sided walk-in fume cupboard, 56 point extraction units and five safety workbenches. Eight ceiling service units, 54 (double) workbench systems (1,200–5,500 mm long) with 30 wet workstations, 15 wall cabinet systems (1,200–3,600 mm wide), 33 safety cabinets (solvents, acids/alkalis, chemicals, gas cylinders), eight weighing tables, seven automatic laboratory washers and one undercounter refrigerator are planned. In addition, the laboratory equipment includes eight wall-mounted service channels (3,000 mm–5,700 mm wide), 18 documentation workstations, ten tall cabinets and various (mobile) tables. (Heavy-duty) shelving systems are planned for storage rooms. In the hygiene area, inter alia, ten stainless steel wet workstations and stainless steel hand-washing stations, 24 stainless steel worktables (500–1,200 mm wide), nine stainless steel wall cabinets or wall-mounted shelves, four stainless steel tall cabinets, 18 stainless steel mobile tables, one hand-washing slop sink, one hood-type automatic dishwasher and one confiscated-material cooler are planned.
