Delivery of 1 combined energy-efficient testing system for conducting uniaxial cyclic compression tests in accordance with TP Asphalt-StB, Part 25 B1, as well as cooling tests (TSRST) and uniaxial tensile tests (UTST) in accordance with TP Asphalt-StB, Part 46 A. Current calibration certificates must be supplied for the sensors; their term and thus their validity begins immediately after installation of the testing system. German-language technical support is required. Technical support by telephone or remote access within 24 hours. A service technician must appear within 7 working days after notification of a malfunction. Guaranteed availability of critical wear and spare parts for at least 10 years. At least one reference for a static and dynamic electromechanical testing system in Germany must be provided. Procedure: open.
