The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of an automated pipetting robot for use in molecular diagnostics in pathology. The system is intended to automate sample preparation for NGS-based diagnostic procedures and enable the automated processing of various kits, reagents and liquids. A modular system is required, including the hardware, software and control workstation necessary for its intended operation. The procurement also includes the required method implementations for the planned diagnostic workflows. The scope of services includes delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance of the system, as well as the required instruction of users. In addition, various extensions are envisaged as optional services, such as additional equipment components, further method implementations and training or application support services, as well as maintenance services. Due to the form of financing, delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance of the pipetting robot must take place sufficiently early to ensure that invoicing can occur no later than 18.12.2026. The budget available for the procurement and thus for all necessary components listed in the specifications amounts to: total (incl. all options): €392,849.20 net / €467,490.55 gross Of which, proportional budget for: a) Equipment incl. delivery, installation, commissioning incl. instruction (basic on-site training): €194,957.98 net / €232,000.00 gross b) Setup of the method for Archer panel: €15,126.05 net / €18,000.00 gross Procedure: open.
