Opportunity description

The subject of the tender is the delivery of a sequencing device for small to medium-sized applications for use in molecular pathology diagnostics, including the required software, installation, commissioning, acceptance and instruction. The system should be particularly suitable for carrying out targeted RNA analyses, pathogen detection, as well as amplicon- and enrichment-based targeted sequencing methods. Primary and secondary analysis should be supported by the offered system. In addition to the delivery of the sequencing device, the tender includes the conclusion of a framework contract for the delivery of the reagent kits required for sequencing operations for a period of 48 months. The quantities specified in the price sheet are estimated quantities; there is no minimum purchase obligation on the part of the contracting authority. Furthermore, maintenance services for the sequencing device are included in the tender as optional services. Due to the form of financing, delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance of the sequencing device must take place sufficiently early so that invoicing can occur no later than 11.12.2026.
