Friedrich-Schiller-Universitat Jena intends to purchase one (1) compact, laboratory-capable Micro-Transfer-Printing-System for its scientific activities for the development, qualification and reproducible execution of transfer printing processes for microelectronic and optoelectronic components, chiplets, coupons and comparable microstructures. In particular, the system must be suitable for the heterogeneous integration of semiconductor, photonic and microcomponents on target substrates and support both single-transfer processes and parallel multiple-transfer processes.
