Henneberg-Kliniken - Mobile Laboratory Automation and Robotics The subject is the planning, delivery, integration, conformity assessment, commissioning, acceptance and servicing of a fully mobile robotics/automation solution for the barcode-supported sample flow between receipt, preanalytics, analysis systems, special output, cooling and archive. The solution must function as an overall system with laboratory equipment, LIS/middleware, building infrastructure and operator processes. The medical laboratory service, the permanent provision of laboratory personnel and the immediate procurement of transport or cleaning robots are not the subject of this lot. Laboratory equipment and laboratory IT will be procured separately. However, the robotics contractor remains responsible for the complete mechanical, electrical, software, control and safety-related integration of its offered overall system. Target concept and functional equivalence: • Permanent robotics-supported in-house laboratory operation at the Hildburghausen site from 01.01.2027; no transitional provision. The first expansion stage is the mobile laboratory robotics system. • Documented peak receipt: a maximum of approx. 30 samples per hour. The solution must not be unnecessarily oversized for this purpose, but must demonstrate a comprehensible operating reserve. • Fully mobile, autonomously navigating robotics systems (AMR) or functionally equivalent mobile automation solutions are permissible. Stationary robot cells, line-guided systems and permanently installed tracks do not meet the target concept. • The offered solution is not an isolated robotics island: It is integrated throughout into order, sample, equipment, result, priority and error management and networked via centrally provided orchestration and fleet management software. The software and platform architecture must demonstrably be scalable for subsequent transport and cleaning robotics at two sites of the hospital group. Common or interoperable traffic logic, building and elevator interfaces, identity and certificate management, as well as a uniform operating and service concept must be provided. The initial procurement must not create any unnecessary dependency on proprietary laboratory equipment or closed building interfaces. Open, documented interface specifications that can be handed over to the contracting authority are a minimum requirement; a device-side extension to SiLA 2 or a functionally equivalent open standard must be presented. The contractor must describe the entry with a robust core workflow and the subsequent expansion to include additional tasks, grippers, equipment, rooms and robotics domains in a technically and commercially comprehensible manner.
