For each contractor, the framework agreement to be concluded individually covers those service areas presented in greater detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework agreement) for which proof of compliance with the admission requirements was provided with the application for admission. Individual contracts awarded on the basis of the concluded framework agreement may comprise all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been admitted. The Open House Procedure runs from publication until 14.08.2028 and may be extended twice by 1 year each time. Applications for admission, and therefore also the conclusion of a framework agreement, may be submitted throughout the entire term of the Open House Procedure. A framework agreement enters into force upon the admission of an interested party and, subject to extension options, ends on 14.08.2028. The framework agreement may - analogously to the Open House Procedure - be extended twice, until 14.08.2029 and 14.08.2030 respectively, on the basis of the extension option. Procedure: open.
