Technical Facility Management (TGM), BLB NRW, Aachen Branch. The TGM of the Aachen Branch is divided into a total of 11 specialist lots. The specialist lots may be subdivided into further lots. For Regional Lot 7.4 put out to tender here (civil engineering and landscaping, area: HS), repairs and the remediation of emergencies and malfunctions must be carried out. The places of performance are listed in the directory of properties. The tender for technical facility management services at BLB NRW, Aachen Branch, is divided into a total of 11 specialist lots. Specialist Lot 7 (civil engineering and landscaping) is subdivided into further regional lots. For Regional Lot 7.4 put out to tender here, only price component 2 (PK2) is to be offered! Properties specially marked ("TFM") in the directory of properties are managed by an FM service provider; differing service-delivery requirements must be observed here (see Annex 1 to the VB TGM service description). - Second price component (PK2)-: Remediation of emergencies and malfunctions as well as repair services of up to EUR 30,000 in each individual case, based on individual orders and in accordance with the conditions described in Annex 1 to the VB TGM service description. The tender is prepared on the basis of Section 4 EU paragraph 3 VOB/A (markup and markdown procedure) as well as the specified hourly rates, material costs and surcharges. The tender data for price component 2 must be entered in the tender form (TGM Tender) under points 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4. The estimated annual target values for the service areas are specified individually in the "TGM EU Invitation". Individual services for the remediation of emergencies and malfunctions as well as scheduled repairs and improvements will be commissioned separately in each individual case, but only up to a maximum total value of EUR 197,133.30 net. An individual order that would result in this maximum value being exceeded will not be issued. Once the maximum value is reached, the Contractor's obligation to perform the services relating to the remediation of emergencies and malfunctions as well as scheduled repairs and improvements expires. The basis is the markups or markdowns specified in the tender for the Standard Service Specifications (StLB) named therein, as well as hourly charge-out rates and material-cost surcharges. Tenders for fewer price components than required are considered incomplete and will be excluded from evaluation. The Technical Facility Management contract begins on 01.11.2026. The services are to be provided from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2028. The contract ends on 30.11.2028. Procedure: open.
