Opportunity description

The following construction project involves the design of the Tappenbeck Sports Park in Tappenbeck. The new Tappenbeck Sports and Community Park consists of various building sections which, under one large roof, are intended to provide a shared home for athletes, celebrations and the village community. On the ground floor, the three building sections comprise a large shooting hall, an area or clubhouse for the sports club, and an event area in the form of a village community center. The clubhouse and village community center building sections are planned as solid timber structures with reinforced concrete bases. The clubhouse is single-story, and the village community center is two-story, with catering facilities on the upper floor. The Kyffhäuser building (shooting hall) will be constructed as a mixed masonry and reinforced concrete structure and is also planned as a single-story building. The foundations of the village community center, catering facilities and both clubhouses are planned with a load-bearing floor slab with a frost apron and strip foundations. The main part of the façades is planned as a rear-ventilated timber façade; in some sections, the façade will be clad with fiber-cement panels. The covered multifunctional playing field is an open-air hall with a small playing field. This is intended to make the playing field usable year-round and regardless of the weather. LED lighting is planned for the evening hours. The small playing field is expected to be equipped with a boarding system featuring ball-stop nets and integrated goals. The construction site is located within the development plan "Sports Center," 2nd amendment and expansion dated 02.07.2024. The scope of services includes, among other things: - Construction site setup and safeguarding - Multisport facility, consisting of: a) EPDM playing-field surface (supply and installation) b) Multisport arena 30x15 m, supply and assembly - Ball-stop net, supply and installation - Landscaping works, including: a) Construction of plazas and paths b) Fence construction - Electrical installation works, including: a) Equipotential bonding, b) Meters and distribution boards, c) Cables and wiring, d) Installation materials, e) Presence detectors, f) IT systems, g) Lighting - Miscellaneous - All required ancillary services (e.g. construction site setup, transport, adaptation works, disposal, protective measures) All further information can be found in the bill of quantities.
