1st construction phase terrace, access path On parcel 20/8, cadastral district 12, Gadebusch district, the castle hill is being renovated. The construction work comprises the construction of part of the 1st construction phase of the outdoor facilities on the castle hill. At the same time, the castle building is undergoing complete renovation. The landscaping work includes the following services: - Site setup - Soil removal above the historic tower foundation (archaeological supervision, possible downtime due to investigation and documentation) - Installation of an angle retaining wall in a circular shape - Construction of a round cast-in-place concrete surface with a two-row gutter - Storage and reinstallation of reusable soils - Construction of a stepped structure using block steps - Installation of a facade drainage channel at the coach house - Metalwork for railings and Corten steel cladding for the round terrace - Installation of a welded wire mesh fence - Surface paving (water-bound path surface with steel edging, fieldstone paving, natural stone slabs) For all natural stone products to be supplied (paving stones, slabs, curbstones, etc.), a material sample must be submitted to the contracting authority in advance for approval of color and quality.
