The tender covers the complete construction site setup, including traffic safety measures, the protection of a total of 43 trees with circumferences of 0.2 - 6.0 m, including tree care, the construction and removal of a 230sqm construction road, demolition work involving shrubs and trees, as well as 100sqm of earthworks and soil sampling. In addition, an explosive ordnance survey of the entire BA03 area and the associated deep foundation work are included.
