The new building will be constructed as a 3-storey solid structure in sand-lime brick masonry and reinforced concrete with light-colored facing bricks. Work from this bill of quantities: The roof-supporting structure above the sports hall will be constructed from timber (glued laminated timber beams and solid-timber secondary beams and purlins), and the low-pitched gable roof will be covered with an integrated PV system. A flat roof with mineral-fiber thermal insulation and a green roof as the top layer is planned above the assembly hall area. Cafeteria: including removal of bitumen, 2-layer, 380m²; roof-supporting structure, 155m. Waterproofing, including: polymer-bitumen welded membrane, top layer, 380m². Connecting building, including: titanium-zinc roofing, double standing seam, 26m². Flat roof, extensive green roof, including: tapered insulation, mineral fiber, 035, d= 40-200mm, 130m². Timber construction including: glued laminated timber, GL24c, 24x105-165cm, transverse-tension reinforcement: 54 bonded threaded rods M12-4.6, 5 pcs; purlins and rafters, 1.335m. Gable roof, including: mineral-wool between-rafter insulation, 032, d=240mm, wood-fiber insulation board, 046, d=40mm, lightweight concrete board, cement-bonded and glass-fiber-reinforced, d=30mm, 780m². In-roof PV system, substructure with PV modules, coordinated complete package, one manufacturer, including: modules, aluminum support rails, width approx. 75mm, 775m; support-rail connectors for joints 500 pcs; WT profiles, extruded aluminum, black anodized, horizontal support with screw channel for modules and for screwing the clamping rails, 1.775m; DC cables and installation systems, solar cable, incl.
