Three-story new school building in timber construction. The building has a ground floor and two upper floors. GFA = 2176 m2. The maximum external dimensions are approximately LxWxH 41.50m x 17.70m x 10.80m. A continuous sloped retention roof will be constructed on the roof of the new school building. A green roof structure with extensive greening and a substructure for PV is planned. The roof waterproofing layer will be provided on site by the timber construction contractor and is not part of the work. The main components of the work covered by this invitation to tender are the green roof works, including: - Complete extensive green roof structure from the top edge of the waterproofing - Extensive planting - Retention layer - Substructure for photovoltaic systems - Gravel strips - Maintenance walkway - Edge inspection chambers - Care and maintenance, monitoring - ATV DIN 18338 Roofing works - ATV DIN 18339 Sheet metal works - ATV DIN 18320 Landscaping works Procedure: open.
