The landscaping work is divided into two construction phases, to which different construction measures and cost bearers are assigned: Construction phase 1 – Outdoor facilities Seminar Building I (BM A.0435.120513) Construction phase 2 – Infrastructure open spaces (BM A.0435.120512) Service areas: The intended work area for the landscaping and civil engineering work comprises the outdoor facilities of the new Seminar Building I. The individual sections are divided into the area toward Alten-Steinbacher-Weg, the surroundings of Seminar Building I, and the area toward Campusplatz. Scope of services: The bill of quantities contains construction services and supplies for civil engineering and landscaping work as well as electronic systems/equipment, the construction of a fountain facility, and the supply of outdoor furniture.
