Construction of two new parking facilities with drainage installations in the form of infiltration trench systems. Creation of new access routes across various elevation levels in the form of stairways with lateral retaining walls. Installation of new equipment elements, such as bollards, waste containers and pole-mounted lights, as well as the creation of green spaces and planted embankments. This is being carried out as part of the renovation, new construction and conversion of the former Mater Salvatoris monastery into the IQREK. Procedure: open.
